Two Other Penetration Steps for the High Crotch Takedown.
There are a number of ways to penetrate the legs of your opponent to score a high crotch takedown. This article looks at two more ways to get into the legs.
Over the years I have noticed a few techniques wrestlers use to penetrate the legs to score a high crotch takedown.
All too often wrestlers stick with one penetration system, and that is great if it always works.
In the video below I have shown a penetration step that requires the wrestler to spin their opponent into their attack, in this situation there is no actual step.
The second step is an outside step that works best when your opponent is pushing into you,
